Glad to hear the breathing techniques have been useful. Do use them daily as preventative practice rather than just reactive.Quick question this week...When was the last time you walked barefoot in the woods? Rather strange one –granted– but it's been inspired by a body of research that I've stumbled upon, revealing:"Direct human body contact with the natural surface of the Earth (forming an electrically conductive connection) produces intriguing effects on physical health."There hasn't been a huge amount of research done into this type of physical treatment but from the study, it's certainly telling. Among the photographic evidence, shows the accelerated improvement of an 8 month old open wound on an 84-year-old diabetic woman in less than a month of earthing treatment.Much like measuring the energy of a human is done with an electrocardiogram (ECG test that records electrical activity of the heart). In farming, the energy of plants in a crop field is determined by measuring the soil's electrical conductivity too. In order to produce healthy and long-lasting crops, the energy coming from the electrical conductivity of the soil must derive from 'good' sources like clean, balanced nutrients. Sources of energy derived from synthetic fertilizers are known as 'bad' sources that produce unhealthy, low-energy and faster-decomposing crops. That being said, plant life cycles are simplified into two stages: growth and decomposition. With the growth stage needing different energy requirements than the decomposition stage (source).Sound familiar? In that our energy requirement, too, is different throughout a lunar cycle. Managing up to the full moon (waxing stage) and then down through the darker moon (waning stage). The very fabric of our own body, in a fitting alignment of rhythm and connection, appears to serve as a primary antioxidant defence, as the research report concludes: "[the body] is a system requiring regular recharging by electrically conductive contact with the Earth’s surface – the battery for all planetary life – to be optimally effective."And there you have it.
