Awesome to witness!ββββββββββββThere's a new moon arriving this coming week, so now's the time for reflection of the past month's activity and to begin planning for your next set of commitments to action.I'll share mine next week.ββββββββββββBig news! For the past 9 months, I've been part of the team building an adaptability assessment that enables people to understand how adaptable to change they are, looking at measures like resilience, mental flexibility, emotional range, motivation style, work stress and more.If you're interested in taking the assessment (it's a conversational chatbot that takes about 20 minutes) here's the direct link that will automatically apply 100% discount at the checkout:Take the adaptability assessment Β»Once you've taken it, you'll get instant access to your own results dashboard with a PDF download that gives you actions to improve the measures you may have scored low on. Oh, and there's a button to see how you fare up against the global average too!Check back in with me if you end up taking it, I'd be interested to see your results (my score was 590/900) and, of course, happy to walk through them with you and put together an action plan.
